Just a little bit of biking to the lake and back. Not even 25 km. But damn do I feel alive now.
I obviously needed the reminder that activity is good for me.
The week is nearly over and today I have to help kriski move a few more things, but starting next week I have to go to at least one Tae-Kwon-Do class a week. Because if there's one thing better than simple exercise, it's being able to hit and kick people (and being hit and kick by them) at the same time.
