How stupid do you have to be to become a traffic planer in this city?Take one street - towards the center - through which go at least five hundred bikes an hour. Close this street for some time. Redirect the cyclists through another street.
Sounds easy enough.
Redirecting through the one street of the town that is famous because of it's outdoor cafes and bars, is mentioned in every tourist guide because the cafes were already there when Goethe lived here and is even without all the tables very narrow, is not the choice I would have made, but what do I know?
